Send us an email at support@mabelcopper.com within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us what you would like to do. We will explain the next steps and take care of the rest.

Are the earrings handmade?

Yes. Mabel makes and checks every pair by hand, one pair at a time.

Can I wear my earrings in water?

They are water resistant and made to be worn every day. To keep them looking their best, take them off before swimming or sleeping and dry them with a soft cloth if they get wet.

How do I care for my earrings?

Keep them dry, store them in their box when you are not wearing them and wipe them gently with a soft cloth.

How do the extra discounts work?

Add any 2, 3, 4 or 5 pieces to your cart and the extra discount (25%, 35%, 45% or 55%) is applied automatically. You do not need a code.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Email us as soon as possible at support@mabelcopper.com and we will do our best to change or cancel it before it ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Tell us at support@mabelcopper.com and send a photo if you can. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
