Delivery times

Every order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days and dispatched with a tracking number. Delivery to addresses in the UK usually takes 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on every order to the UK.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you can't see it, please check your junk folder or get in touch.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 15 working days, write to us at hello@mabelcopper.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either send your order again or refund you.
